Contribution: Rs. 2200 per person (1980 if registered on or before Oct 22nd)
We will take you through an approximately 75 minute session, opening with breathwork and vocal toning, followed by the sound immersion. You will be lying down on mats for the most part. There are bolsters for extra support if needed.

Based in Los Angeles, she blends music, wellness, and education through sound healing events, performances, retreats and her signature music academy programs. Her extensive live and recorded work plus unique collaborative projects have reached thousands around the world, aligning with her mission to build healthier communities through the transformative power of sound, spiritual connection and deep listening.
About Aparna: Aparna Sundar is a Mumbai-based sound healing practitioner and musician with over 8 years of professional experience in the healing arts. She specialises in a unique blend of western harmonies and Indian ragas, through the use of quartz crystal bowls and elements of Dhrupad singing.
